Meet Our People:


Richard Rodney
Director of Litigation Support & Technology

Richard Rodney is Site Logic’s Chief Technology Officer. Richard is an expert in legal, electronically stored information, forensic technologies, and an expert certified computer forensics examiner. His functions include: oversight and personal handling of challenging forensic collections; management of the company’s portfolio of technologies; reviewing and testing new products technologies; and overseeing the discovery and technology training that is continually being undertaken by our staff.

Richard has worked at Site Logic for over four years, and has developed a reputation for excellence and trustworthiness amongst his colleagues and clients. Prior to joining Site Logic, Richard became the Director of Electronic Discovery Solutions at another leading discovery technology company, SuperiorGlacier, after spending 14 years managing offsite and onsite collection and Imaging operations.

Richard is an AccessData Certified Examiner and is trained in various disciplines of computer forensic examination, including Windows Forensics. Richard is also an expert in, and administrator for the numerous hosting, processing and analytic tools Site Logic employs. He earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a minor in Criminal Justice from Lincoln University, PA.


Paul Kapler
Vice President of Sales

Paul Kapler is Site Logic’s Vice President of Sales operating out of our headquarters in NYC. Paul is an expert at providing consultative litigation support services to law firms and corporate counsels throughout the United States. He is currently responsible for providing strategies and solutions for complex matters involving data collection, digital forensics, electronic discovery, hosting and attorney reviews.

Prior to joining Site Logic, Paul worked for 10 years at The Darcel Group and IKON Office Solutions developing and managing teams of Account/Project Managers trained to deliver forensics and e-discovery solutions for many of the top litigation firms in the country. He was an early participant and proponent of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model and has become an industry leader utilizing the latest and best technologies to develop forensically sound and efficient solutions for his clients.

Paul regularly organizes and participates in CLE accredited courses in forensics, e-discovery and other areas affecting the needs and interests of our clients. He is trained and certified in many of the industry-leading legal technologies Site Logic employs. Paul graduated with a BS degree in Finance, and a minor from Towson University. Paul is the husband of a grade-school teacher and the father two young children.


Jack Throckmorton
Senior Business Development Manager

Jack Throckmorton is Site Logic’s Sr. Business Development Manager of Operations at the Fort Lauderdale location.  Jack applies a consultative approach to providing end-to-end solutions while managing the challenges and reducing overall costs of the ever-changing discovery cycle. He is responsible for providing forensic, e-discovery and hosting solutions to the Southeast Region.

Before joining the Site Logic team, Jack spent 8 years working at Inventus and IKON Office Solutions. With IKON, Jack was a consistent top 25 monthly sales producer and is certified to provide product demonstrations on several e-Discovery and hosting solutions. Jack has successfully transitioned from the paper world to keep up with new technologies and solutions to effectively manage ESI (Electronically Stored Information).

Jack often participates at CLE accredited courses and presents to various legal organizations and law students on topics ranging from industry technology to vendor relations. He is an avid golfer and father to a 14 year old freshman gymnast Lia Nicole. Jack currently resides in Wilton Manors, Florida


John Tylka
National Account Director

John Tylka is Site Logic’s National Account Director operating out of our New York City headquarters. John is an expert project leader and customer relations manager. His responsibilities at SiteLogic include managing SiteLogic’s largest account and leading a team of project managers and technicians dedicated to his accounts.

John worked for nine years in the litigation support industry with both Transperfect and IKON Office solutions prior to joining SiteLogic. John’s grasp of the discovery process and the universe of discovery technologies, as well as his commitment to customer relations, has earned John the trust of clients everywhere he has worked. John has earned numerous sales and client service awards, including IKON’s Top Gun Award, for having the #1 sales in the country, two years in a row.

John is a recognized expert developing forensically sound project management strategies and solutions utilizing the latest and most cost-effective discovery technologies. John has attended numerous CLE accredited courses, discovery-related lectures, and legal and technical training seminars; and he frequently develops his own presentations and training programs for his team and his clients. John has a BA degree in Communications earned from Lynchburg College.


Patrick Lavelle
General Manager

Patrick Lavelle is SiteLogic’s General Manager working out of our headquarters in New York City. Patrick embodies SiteLogic’s philosophy and model of managerial excellence through hard work, teamwork and integrity. Patrick’s main responsibility at SiteLogic is to manage the various facility operations as well as the overall administration of the company.

Prior to working at SiteLogic, Patrick worked at IKON Office Solutions where he was responsible for operations in multiple locations and managing more than one hundred employees. Throughout his 15 years experience at IKON, and prior to that as a business owner, Patrick has successfully managed numerous large and complex projects while always earning the respect and admiration of the people he worked with.

Patrick is responsible for vetting all training programs and seminars, as well as scheduling and certifying that all SiteLogic employees receive the appropriate training for their position. Patrick completed his Management program at Brookdale Community College and has received extensive executive management training and commendation throughout his career.

Patrick is the husband of a retired middle school teacher and father of two teenage sons.


John Burgos
Information Technology Director

John Burgos is Site Logic’s Information Technology Director handling all company offices as well as FM facilities. John is an expert at providing support on a day to day basis including server, backup and storage support. He is responsible for providing technology leadership and support in the design and implementation of infrastructure technology and end user support within all locations.

Prior to joining SiteLogic Inc., John spent 8 years with SuperiorGlacier, primarily as a Systems Engineer. He worked on system and network design, storage, backup implementation and support. John has a firm grasp on the business needs and requirements for security and data confidentiality. His expertise in optimization gives him the tools needed to clearly assess a request for new software or hardware and judge whether a redesign of a current business process is sufficient.

John is trained and certified with using both SAN and NAS solutions for implementing a storage environment. His expertise working hands on PC Support and Network Support as well. He has also received his Associates degree for Computer Network Operations from Katherine Gibbs School. He stays on the cutting edge of the field and attend courses on the latest technologies making him an expert in research, design, implementation and operational support for legal services.
